Tablet Computing

A Tablet computer or a tablet is simply a mobile computer, with a flat touch screen and virtual keyboard as in our androids or iphones, one can do a lot more in tablet than in a computer, it has wifi, bluetooth and USB support as in your computer, a tablet design was given first by Alan Kay in 1968, the first tablet came in to market in the year 1989 manufactured by well known Samsung for GRiDPad Systems Corporation, well it is successful that is even used by the US Army, the specs are as follows :
It measured 9x12x1.4 inches and 4.5 pounds, it had a stylus pen with which you can calibrate touch and it also had hand writing recognition, it contains :

10Mhz 80C86 processors

MS-DOS operating system by IBM

Color Graphics Adaptor with display of 600x400 pixels

256 or 512 KB RAM

1 or 2 MB of System memory

I would say that's a good configuration of that time, well the memory is somewhat low, but they did it first.

The GRiDPad.

A tablet is just a hardware equipment that which can run with the help of different Operating Systems.

After GRiDPad, the ACORN computers developed an ARM machine with a touchpad and named it NewsPad, after them INTEL developed a stable tablet with the help of ARM in 1999 and named it WebPAD.

In April 2010, the well known Apple, released the IPad, having IOS on board, the great thing about IPad is it's design, it's so sleek and Steve Jobs is man who always considered the design and reliability also thanks to Jonathan Ive the designer of Apple's products. Also Apple released the IPad2 which is 15% lighter when compared to the first and has a dual core processor of Apple A5.

However the configuration is not so good, the camera doesn't have flash, many things are forgotten in this IPad

The tablets are soon released with many operating systems like IOS, Android, LINUX, BlackBerry RIM (Research In Motion) and so on.

But nothing made sales like IPad, Soon Samsung which entered the Android market then developed the tab called Samsung Galaxy Tab, both Galaxy Tab and IPad fought.

Reliance Tab available in INDIA is economical which is available at a price of nearly 12,000.

Samsung Galaxy Tab is available at a price of nearly 29,000

Having a tablet is most advantageous than compared to an Android or Laptop, it is portable, flexible and more to come.

I would prefer to buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab if I want Android flexibility and Application reliability, I would prefer IPad if I want to go with design, quality of pictures, pixel density, media, however applications are more in android than in IOS, but IOS is more organized when compared to Android. So users decide what do you want?

Thank you........

Sensor Music Player

Ever wondered, that there's a player that can make use of sensors to play music, here's the thing i recently came across this music player, it's just awesome, the name of player is Sensor Music Player, you just have to wave your hand or keep your android in your pocket and slap it or hammer the table while the phone is on it or you can set your own action. Download the player at the Google Play and here is link of the same :

Sensor Music Player : Sensor Music Player

Click over the symbol beside the equalizer symbol to select different types of sensor actions.

You can even disable the sensors, or use your custom actions to choose music, the player is also good.

View of the player.

The player also gives the chance to customize the predefined sensor actions as shown above.

Typical view of the equalizer, we can customize the equalizer the way we want or if you like the player as it is, you can switch off the equalizer.

The best thing about this player is that you never have to use your hand to change tracks and UI is good, anyway android is out there so we can the most of it, so why the wait try it right away and see how you feel, thanks to android and it's developers.

A little about Linux

Many of my friends have been asking about how to use Linux, well for programmers you have to learn to use the terminal, which is command prompt in windows, for daily users you don't require to learn it.
However, Linux is not for daily users, it is for users who want a flexible operating system, Linux is easy to operate once learned, Linux operating system is actually free of cost, it is a Unix like operating system and a free and open source software, Linux is a operating system kernel, kernel is the heart of the operating system, Linus Torvalds released the first one on 5th October of 1991, Linux has a great advantage that it provides greater security when compared to other operating systems, the Linux is available under Ubuntu, Fedora for free, Redhat sells Linux OS to companies, many of the supercomputers of the present day work on Linux, Linux is registered under GNU general public license, which makes it open source, learning Linux is fun and useful, kernel is the bridge between applications and actual data processing done at hardware level, Linux kernel is widely used in the android devices, the mobile phone operating system, all license free packages, softwares are mostly are based on Linux.
If you want to use a Linux operating system, you can download one at this link Ubuntu desktop OS, the link gives you the Ubuntu Download web page.

About Data Recovery and Data Wiping

i always wanted to write about data recovery and data wiping, so it is here:-
Have you ever thought of the deleted data, and it's whereabouts actually when you permanently delete some file or data from your computer it is still present on the hard drive or fragments of it, it stays over there until new data overwrites the deleted data,
So is this deleted recoverable?
Yes Of course, you can recover the data in many ways using many softwares like the one that is available for free cost is
RECVUVA it is available on FileHippo (click the link to go over there). By the way it is free of cost.

according to 2012 reviews, they are as follows:-

1.) Digital Rescue Premium

2.) Advanced Disk Recovery

3.) Recover My Files

4.) Data Recovery Wizard

5.) Total Recall

6.) Handy Recovery

7.) Windows Data Recovery

8.) R-Studio

9.) Quick Recovery

10.) Stellar Phoenix

also you may wonder "when the deleted files are on my hard drive, there is no privacy for me any more, but the answer is No, you can wipe the deleted data from hard drive too, it's too easy with these softwares
My best suggestion is to use Ccleaner software from FileHippo (click the link to go over there), it is also free of cost.

if you install AVG PC TuneUp 2012, in tools it has disk wiper, which is also effective in erasing your drive's information.

so from all this one can understand deleting data or formatting drives is not just enough to get rid of our data from computers.
